Jeremy Rahn is a mental health counselor and performance coach with FLOW Mental Performance, dedicated to helping athletes enhance focus, overcome challenges, and excel both on and off the field.

Miranda Heffelfinger

Mental Health Counselor & Performance Coach

Miranda Heffelfinger works with young athletes to help them reach their goals through personal development using mindfulness, confidence, self-talk, visualization, and other techniques.

Behavioral health is the connection between actions and the well-being of the body, mind, and spirit. It plays a crucial role in how athletes manage stress, balance responsibilities, and maintain peak performance.
