DISCOVER CAMP - (Elementary, Middle School & High School)
Starting at $350 per week with early registration. This camp blends sports, creativity, and teamwork in a structured environment where younger athletes can build confidence and develop fundamental athletic skills. Activities include volleyball skills, basic conditioning, and team-building activities.
*Max 24 campers per week

ELITE PERFORMANCE WEEKS - (More Intense training for Middle & High School)
Starting at $400 per week with early registration
Elite weeks are designed for athletes looking for more performance-focused training with additional reps and specialized instruction. Training will include Vertimax and CorePowerX performance work to help improve vertical jump, power, and overall athletic performance.
*Max 10 elementary athletes and 20 middle/high school athletes

• July 13 - July 17 (Elite Week) Vertimax & CPX

No prior experience is necessary! Our camp is designed to accommodate a range of skill levels, from beginners to more experienced athletes. Our instructors focus on building foundational skills and ensuring everyone has fun.
Campers should bring:

• Sunscreen
• A hat or sunglasses (if desired)
• Comfortable clothing and sneakers (suitable for physical activity)
