X-Factor Volleyball is thrilled to host a Mental Performance Online Workshop for club members only designed to help athletes enhance both their physical and mental capabilities. This hands-on event focuses on improving mental wellness, boosting in-game awareness, eliminating mental performance blocks, and optimizing athletic performance. Participants will also gain valuable insights into body mechanics, mobility, and injury prevention, as well as strategies to increase cardiovascular stamina and lung endurance.
Our Support Coaches will walk your athletes and you through active meditation and mental skills training. This workshop is included in your X-Factor membership and we highly encourage participation.
